Welcome to OFFICIAllY_PREET_. By booking our makeup and hairstyling services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before making your appointment.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the service, before the session begins. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, etc.]. No services will be performed unless full payment is received.
Please arrive on time. If the session cannot begin within 10 minutes of the scheduled time due to client delays, additional waiting fees may be applied. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to fit the schedule. Full payment for the original booking will still apply.
A travel fee will apply for appointments located more than [distance, e.g., 10 miles/km] from our base. Travel fees will vary depending on the distance and will be communicated when booking.
Services such as false lashes, hair padding, and hair extensions are not included in the standard makeup or hairstyling fee. These services are available at an additional charge, and the prices will be provided upon request.
For certain dates (e.g., weekends, holidays, or peak seasons), there may be a minimum booking requirement. This will be discussed during the booking process.
To ensure the highest quality of service, we do not work with or alongside any other makeup artist or hairstylist. If other professionals are required for your event, please inform us in advance to discuss arrangements.
We require a separate room or designated space to perform makeup and hairstyling. This helps to ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment where we can focus on delivering high-quality results.
Children and pets are not permitted during appointments for safety reasons and to ensure a calm working environment.
Chewing gum during the session is not allowed, as it can interfere with the application process. We perform services one client at a time. If you have multiple appointments (e.g., for bridesmaids or family members), please ensure each individual is available at the scheduled time.
If you have any skin conditions (e.g., open wounds, rashes, cold sores) that may interfere with the service or pose a risk, please inform us before the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if it compromises safety or hygiene standards.
Clients must inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup products or ingredients before the session. While we carry a range of products, we are not liable for any adverse reactions. If you prefer to use your own makeup products due to sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
We may take photos or videos during or after the session to showcase our work. By booking, you agree to allow us to use these images for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, portfolio). If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
If any last-minute changes to the service (e.g., changes in style or additional requests) are made during the appointment, additional charges may apply.
We carry professional insurance for the services we offer. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries resulting from the misuse of products post-service.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather, illness, etc.) that prevent us from attending your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or refund of your deposit.
Any personal information you provide us with (e.g., contact details, payment information) will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of managing your appointment and services.
